Luge
Luge is a fast-paced sport that propels one or two people down an ice tube at very high speeds. The person or people lie feet-first on a special sled that has metals runners that control the sled's direction. Athletes can make small adjustments to the luge's left-or-right direction.

Luge athletes make several runs down the course. The lowest average time wins. The more the luge and the athlete(s) weigh, the faster the luge goes. Therefore, weight restrictions exist.
